I had a machine, back in the mid-late 90's... Telecoms line down the road got hit by lightning... Completely fucked the modem, and the PCI slot it was plugged into (Been surge protected ever since)...
That mobo was a lil squiffy after that, one o the RAM slots would error random, regardless of what stick was in it...
