My favorite part of dailying windows 11:

when my operating system takes screenshots while im performing network-critical tasks and creates jitter by prioritizing constant uploads of what I'm doing on my PC. SO WELL DESIGNED!!! 5GB idle ram usage after boot? WOW!

Everytime I've had W11 it was 7 at idle after boot even after trimming apps in the Startup settings.

You do know we aren't in 2010 anymore right? If you launch something that actually requires ram it will be redirected there, new software might look ugly, but it does work better than the old one, at least at memory managing and disposal.
Maybe you shouldn't buy more than 4gb of ram if you're scared of seeing your PC use it.

1. unused RAM is wasted RAM
2. the OS precaches a lot of things into RAM so they load faster
3. how much RAM is used by the OS depends how much RAM you have installed
