My favorite part of dailying windows 11:when my operating system takes screenshots while im performing network-critical tasks and creates jitter by prioritizing constant uploads of what I'm doing on my PC. SO WELL DESIGNED!!! 5GB idle ram usage after boot? WOW!
>>107738384Virtually anything will mog troonix, but you just happened to screenshot the very one that doesn't.
>>107738384>32gb of DDR5 RAM costs about $500 now>7gb of RAM is immediately diverted just to run Windows 11 at baseline>that means it costs about $125 in RAM just to baseline Windows 11 after a fresh bootYup definitely looks like Winbloat 11 is mogging Linux
>>107738498>5GB idle ram usage after boot?Everytime I've had W11 it was 7 at idle after boot even after trimming apps in the Startup settings.
>>107738498Is this actually true? If so: the state of George Orwells 1984

>>107738528>>7gb of RAM is immediately diverted just to run Windows 11 at baselineYou do know we aren't in 2010 anymore right? If you launch something that actually requires ram it will be redirected there, new software might look ugly, but it does work better than the old one, at least at memory managing and disposal.Maybe you shouldn't buy more than 4gb of ram if you're scared of seeing your PC use it.
>>107738384>32gb oh no no no no
Izzat farming thread DNI
1. unused RAM is wasted RAM2. the OS precaches a lot of things into RAM so they load faster3. how much RAM is used by the OS depends how much RAM you have installed
