They're also refusing to increase your install limit on digitally converted physical retail licenses from Windows 7/8. I reached the rate limit for my digital license and they flat out refused to increase the rate limit unless I could give them the physical CD key (which I didn't have since it was a windows 7 CD key I had upgraded ~4-5 times since 2012). Even though their own policy allows unlimited transfers, and they CAN manually reset the limit on your license (i've had them do it before 5-6 years ago), but they're flat out refusing these days basically forcing you to spend days/weeks fighting them, or just buying a new license.
