you cant update the chrome extension because there is no update, its just a chrome store checkbox and the manual download sends crx required proof missing
the tampermonkey script also doesnt even interact with the website after trying to switch to it

the ytdlp faq doesnt even mention how to get brave cookies only firefox and chrome even if it should be the same thing and the output claims that a chromium database doesnt exist

That's weird, I can post from chromium using 4chanx(T) just fine after the updates. That said I have it configured as a script loaded by violentmonkey, not as a standalone extension.

Being honest I haven't pulled the last update he pushed, patched it myself and disabled updates after he took so long with the patch only to archive it right after. I personally plan to keep patching XT going forward and will share the fixes around here, this fork has a few cool features I'm not ok giving up on.

Disable everything except tamper/violentmonkey and the script, switch to a new profile with the brave shit at default settings then enable your extensions, scripts and settings one by one that way you can isolate what's causing the issue.

yt-dlp not finding cookies sounds like:
a) your brave install is using some unexpected directory for the data
b) you're using a browser profile and failed to specify that to yt-dlp
c) your cookies are encrypted with a keyring, idk if Windows supports that but doesn't hurt to check
d) yt-dlp is not installed systemwide which I have no clue how that works on windows but it needs to be regardless

I just started using mpv and streamlink to watch Twitch streams and it's working very well, although there is one feature I'm missing. When I pause and later resume a stream I would like it to play from the latest point, and not resume where I paused the stream. Is there a way to make this happen?
