Ok, hypothetically speaking.
Microslop releases a Corpilot update that literally kills your operating system. Blue screen of death, no way to back up your files or roll back to a previous version.
The system is completely dead, and it'll take them at least a week/month to fix the mess.

Back to it, hypothetically speaking.
What would you do?

You are saying nonsensical things.
Also, btw when you hear Microsoft or what ever saying anything about existential risks it's just do regulators will kill any possible competition, there is a reason elon musk loved regulation for a time as that's how he was winning.

le copilot is just some user mode app that makes basic bitch network calls to their server and there's no plausible way for it to break the OS, unless MS fucks up some component that is actually part of the OS itself
>Blue screen of death, no way to back up your files
This also isn't plausible, just boot from something else and make a disk image or just copy your files over to somewhere else.
>The system is completely dead, and it'll take them at least a week/month to fix the mess
If the system is completely dead, then it cannot download an update to fix itself either so if MS kills your OS they cannot fix it anyway. It's not like MS hasn't shipped updates which BSOD people's computers before either.
>What would you do?
Make backup image of broken system & then restore last month's backup. Copy over any newer files from the broken image to the working system again. Don't update update until they fix whatever is broken.

This hypothetical scenario can't exist in my world since I don't store all my files on one single main drive like some brain dead idiot retard. If it somehow did happen to me, I would go to a mirror, look myself in the eye and call myself a brain dead retarded gorilla nigger monkey idiot.
