I've pulled my CPU out of my AM4 motherboard in the past, CPU and motherboards still works, but with everything sky rocketing in price i'm kind of worried i wouldn't be able to replace it if something where to happen in case i did any damage that would shorten its' lifespan. What would Anon do? How often are motherboards damaged when pulling the CPU out with the cooler?

Please tell me you're on a 6 year old b470 or something that you pulled your CPU out of and it's working fine still
