Biggest problem you'll have is that, being late to the game, you will firstly attract people who have been banned from other more popular sites. Some of them banned unfairly, the majority not. These people will make your website unbearable for the normal tolerable people you want using your website.

Most of these stories are made up or exaggerated to make feds seem more powerful than they are and to keep people here, where real convos are derailed easily by indians posting ragebait. If you want a way out of this niggerhell, go to allchans and look for webring imageboards, you'll find deeper links there. The truth is much more mundane, smaller imageboards generally have older users that don't want newfags from post 2016 4chan and most of you won't leave because you're post rate addicts and don't care if the you comes from an indian.

Anonimity never existed on the internet to begin with. Anonimity is against the internet architecture.
