Why are AI image/video gen people so cagey about their set-ups/workflows?
They aren't? There is a gazillion ai threads on /g/ at all fucking times, go read the wikis and OP and ask specific questions if you have them.

>>107819363Because it's embarrassingly easy (as in takes no skill) but ridiculously time intensive (you spend weeks trying the same prompt over and over until something looks good). So if you share your workflow you either get called out for it being "so easy" and thus you lose credibility (hint: you never had any), or you get called out for it "not working" which means you wasted your time entirely with somebody who can't take the smallest amount of effort to try and make it work.
