>>
>>107822897

at this price give me 24gb
>>
>>107822918
Unused RAM = wasted RAM.
You won't be using this phone to play AAA games or as a toy: 8 GB is actually fine.
>>
>mediatek
No

Also it's $399. Which still isn't that bad for the specs.

lmao, good one
>>
>>107822929

i mainly use my phone as a desktop nowadays with termux and termux x11 so it would be nice to have some gigs for whatever purpose i want to so i can connect to my screen and have another desktop that can i move everywhere i want.
my main problem when it comes to that is root access but i guess i can just proot-distro.

The phone also has a headphone jack, btw
>>107822985
Yeah I'm very hyped up for this phone but I'll be waiting for the first reviews, just in case.

Much bigger phones are lighter than this, fix this.

Swipe typing is better than a physical keyboard. Or at least it could be if the dictionary behind it weren't pozzed.
>>
>>107822897
I really don't understand the physical keyboard meme. A small blackberry-like keyboard isn't any easier to use than a touch keyboard. It's literally just a gimmick.
>>
>>107824079
Its for people who failed to learn swipe
>>
>>107822897
If it's wider than 68mm it's straight into the trash it goes

I'm sold, I fucking LOVE binding shit to keys. Imagine if this had a qmk-like firmware where you could have different keyboard layers and shit

>never had to regularly do important business while traveling
when the plane/train/automobile bumps your finger to do an unwanted action and waste time you'll understand (or probably not, since the concept was already beyond your comprehension).
>>
>>107825202
...might as well spell it out to the post physical keyboard zoomers..... A SLIGHT bump in the road will move your finger on a screen keyboard and activate a button. With a keypad, a really HEAVY bump MIGHT move your finger over a different button, but won't make you press it.
A physical keyboard is a superior design choice for critical applications than a screen keyboard.
>>
>>107822897
>4.03 inch
lol, lmao even.
The fuck is the point with these tiny ass physical keyboards? Not only do they limit the amount of space left for the screen but they're also way too small too comfortably use.
>>
>>107825281
have large hands and every BB keyboard I ever used was great.
>>
>>107824606
Asking the only relevant question.
That is the only thing that will make or break it for me.
If they keep the bootloader open I can absolutely see some at least some Android custom rom support for this since it's unique enough to attract the prime suspect autists that commit to that.

>$499 ($199 if pre-ordered now)

It’s actually $399 if preordered now
>>
>>107822897
>Can't run graphene os
in the trash it goes... sorry, but I can't use AOSP with added CCP Spyware. Is the bootloader unloackable and reloackable?
>>
why does everyone making a QWERTY keyboard phone think that they have to make it FUCKING GIGANTIC
Minimal, Unihertz, now Clicks
I'm not buying this old ass tech so I can brainrot on youtube
it's why I was actually looking forward to the ZInwa Q25 but apparently that guy accepted 30000 orders or something and people got mad that they didn't get their phones a week later
the Keyphone KP1 almost had it but I can't even sideload Signal onto it because apparently that's where the addictions starts
fuck all of you, I'm sticking with my KeyOne until it breaks
>>
It will have the same amount of remaining OS updates as the now 4 years old Pixel 7, kek!

Software keyboards are less accurate, more sluggish and slower than physical ones. The only thing which makes software keyboard decent is autocorrect but it's always a hit or miss or a huge annoyance. Swipe is terrible.
>>107824437
Why? It's not wide and it's almost a 1:1 screen size ratio, which is ideal for composing messages and viewing written content.
>>107825281
That keyboard is not tiny. I always typed on the BB Bold, Classic and KeyNote which had much smaller keyboards with no problems at all.
>>107825568
The devs have stated that the device will receive security updates for 5 years and at least two major Android upgrades.
