ai is slightly more defensible when competent programmers use it.
>>
>>107826720
How many threads do we need about this? Do Indians not have a shithole to improve? Why waste your time scamming and shitposting?
>>

Who thought this is a great feature? If I click on a file I want to read, github obstructs my view with an overlay what shows the file I already clicked and I can't read it.
>>
>the python visualizer tool has been basically written by vibe-coding
there is basically nobody who actually writes python. 99% of people using it in the past just copied code from forums
>>
>>107827019
Is there a logical way to implement a simple for loop in Python, like in C or any other language for that matter.

Microsoft's design goal for the past decade is to get right in the fucking way of whatever it is you are attempting to do.
>>
Linus is a woke tranny anyway
>>
>>107826720
It's over.
Programming has fallen.
Billions must vibe-code.
>>
>>107826720
ITS OVER!!! Even the commies are now using vibecoding.
>>
/g/ is full of contrarians who are unable to adapt to new technology and their use cases because of severe autism. Nobody fucking cares. Get a life, touch grass. Do something.
>>
>>107827038
C doesn't have normal for loops.
>>
>>107828116
>/g/ is full of contrarians
More like reddit trannies camping
>>
>>107828178
int i=0; i < 10; i ++
This is as normal as it gets.
Python...

that's what apple did and macos is a dead end. windows will suffer the same ivory (aluminum) tower fate
>>

NOOOOOOO YOU DO FOR X IN RANGE(10): NOWWWW
>>
>>107828210
This is just while loop with extra steps.
For loop are meant for working with iterables. Numeric ranges are just one specific usecase.
>>
>>107828210
foreach loop is superior due to being less powerful and thus easier to analyse
but traditional for loops should still be available, sometimes you need them if you do weird stuff to your iteration variable
>>
>>107826720
who cares, it's a little side project that won't be a part of anything serious
>>
>>107828790
Linux started as a hobby project that isn't intended to be big too
>>
>>107827019
i wrote some prototypes for my business in python and just kept using it
what luck i had, ive since gotten brain damage and can still understand it
>>
>>107826720
alright I'll admit, it's time for developers to start really worrying now
>>
>>107828935
what's so big about guitar pad project?
>>
>>107829021
linus said that while he supports vibecoding you still need actual humans that actually understand the code
he doesn't say you should blindly copy AI code
>>
>>107829116
