Excluding networking in TempleOS was a high IQ move by Terry.Globalism (the internet) begets tyranny (safety-obsessed "programming", software that does things behind your back, snitches on you etc.). Pre-internet hobbyist computing had no such problems. The most you had to worry about was a virus wiping out your files, but the incentive to create malware is much lower when if it's isolated to a local machine with no connectivity.Browsing and file downloads should be done on a dedicated device. Transferring data from it to the PC should be limited by a physical, analog "tap" with separate controls for each communication direction. Online banking/shopping shouldn't be a thing at all, or should involve dedicated hardware and software that undergoes the same kind of testing as ATMs.Fuck Rust, trannies and fuck lazy consoomers creating the incentive to make computing maximally cancerous.
