I use Chroma at between 1.8 and 2.1 cfg. I use Euler A with, in this case, eta noise of 0.30, so it behaves pretty close to Euler B—0.0 would be identical to Euler B, and 1.0 would be normal Euler A. You need to give the model room to create a broad range of faces, so reduce things that tighten the "prompt adhesion".

I tend to prompt for normal people, but here I went for "model/actress" because the other parts of the prompt skewed heavily toward ugly and mannish women.

I often prompt for sunlight directly on the skin or on the face (depending on whether I want it to err on the side of more or less skin in the image) since it makes for less flat-looking images.

As for what sort of face you get, it depends on everything else in the prompt. I said very little about her face. It is being strongly influenced by
1. "Her impressive bust strains against her dress fabric" etc (I tend to use this when I'm trying to avoid visible breasts/cleavage, but here it was supplemented with something about enormous breasts also)
2. "a lissome 18-year-old art hoe cutie"
3. "She's hot in a girl-next-door way"
4. dyed hair... blunt bangs... choker... etc
5. "2016"
6. "At a patriotic protest by the river Thames in London."

Breast size matters for face because at every step of the way the model is being influenced by the state of the image in general. Large breasts tends to mean a genetic type, and a hormonal profile, and an amount of body fat, so all combined you get broad and significant effects on the face. I don't mean that the model knows what it's doing, but it has an idea of what kinds of faces look plausible next to tits.

Hair etc. also matters for obvious reasons. Girls with dyed hair at a protest tend to be ugly, or at least very libtard-looking, a little dysgenic, etc.

And all of the details together strongly imply she's UK native and probably English, so you'll get a mix of mostly these types

Whether it's synth data doesn't matter as long as the model already has some knowledge of the concepts in your dataset. Try doing an img2img on each of your dataset images. If the result is too different, then model probably doesn't support that particular angle or concept.
