Sorry, but i5 2500k is the minimum. Celeron, Atom, and Core 2 Duo are unironically the only unusable CPU's at this point. Everything above that is still fine though.

Good CPUs bring only needed for gaming is an outdated take. Modern software will use 5GHz and 20gb of ram as a baseline
