Im building a budget LINUX build for my brother is the RX 9060XT 16GB a good choice? Ram isnt an issue i already got a spare 32gb DDR5 4800MT.

I have a 9060 XT 16G while also being on Linux and it's great. Just make sure to get Mesa 25.2 at least because that's where FSR4 is.
