I've always held the opinion that 8.1 was by far the best Windows ever made.
It was so lean and fast. Very little bloat, some ugly UI but completely usable.
Win 8 though was unusable garbage.

I liked my Windows 8.1 Nokia phone, more than the Samsung it replaced and just as much as the iPhone that replaced it.
I didn't like using the Windows 8.1 UI on a PC. Idk, maybe was just too used to its predecessors.

i liked windows 8.1. that shit is optimized to run for 1.6 ghz atom netbooks and with a proper spec pc it booted in like 7 seconds
