you get more or less the exact same quality for the money no matter which brand you pick.i'm inclined to say TCL is the best simply because they use Google TV instead of some half-baked in-house OS for their TVs, but reasonable people will connect a device more powerful than the pitiful SoCs they put in TVs anyway so it doesn't really matter.
all depends on what you want from a TV.
