Years ago I built my dad a nice little pc with a 4th gen 65W i5, ltsc, gave him my old 2x8gb ddr3 ram, a cheap 128gb ssd, and some ancient 1gb vram amd card, and that damn thing is still going strong. It's as snappy as the day I built it, and he can even play The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (2006) on it just fine
