What is your least favorite thing about modern refrigerators? I will be moving from where my parents raised me in a few years, and I might have to buy one. My mom might also want to buy a new one because her ice machine is broken. Any recommendations?

Many newer ones use fans to circulate air inside, just another point of failure.
