Do you think it is unfixable? It doesn’t boot up, no green light, only red light while charging. Hardmode, jumper wiring.

>>107889801i should have looked closer. you may have to remove some of the solder mask from those traces in front of the legs so you can actually get something down. it also looks like you don't have enough heat in the solder you are using. you may also try a tiny bit of wire from the (lightly) scraped back traces to the legs that are broken off.
>>107889801i have no idea how i'm supposed to respond to the text of your post so i'll just respond to the image you posted. your soldering looks shitty and there might be a poor/intermittent connection. put some flux on the leads of the IC, and reflow the solder with a tinned tip. if there's too much solder after reflowing then clean it up with some solder wick. if your solder wick isnt working, put flux onto the wick and use a heavily tinned tip on the wick. pic related is through hole but you get the idea.
