Almost all lora guides are worthless garbage written by jeets.
Read metadata from what few decent loras are there in civit (use your own eyes and tests to judge quality, monkeys there upvote absolute dogshit), that will give you a clue about meta settings and parameters as a baseline.
You need to read source code of a decent trainer like OneTrainer and read papers if you want to actually understand shit. Though feeding them to an LLM and asking questions also work to some degree.
If you must read a guide valstrix lora guide on civit is the least worst I have seen.

Klein is ALMOST perfect for turning anime into photo-real pictures, but it fucks up some aspects. Hopefully someone makes a consistency lora or anime-to-realism lora similar to qwen's. QIE still the king for me, it makes great renditions, very accurate, just not as realistic as I'd wish for. If only Zedit was real and not a meme.
