Yeah, shit's fucked. I had to stop using newpipe and just switch to using my browser (Fennec) with UBO instead. But the problem with that is that my fucking phone gives this pop-up asking if I want to open in the youtube app every single time I go to a youtube url. The only options are to skip (which you then have to do every single time) or to set it to automatically switch to the youtube app. No option to always stay in browser and never ask about the app. Fucking jewgle.
