Does it still hang up when you download something faster than 30mbs?
>>

Death for all pedos
>>
>>107989254
Only when you reach 41mb
>>
>>107989462
Still sucks
>>
>>107989276
Yet you're still alive. Curious!
>>

>transmission is too simple
>qbit is too bloated and qt
life is suffering, isnt it.
>>
This new color scheme looks horrible on Windows.
>>
>>107989232
It has better error handling.
>>
I use Transmisson to perma-seed some files on my NAS. I use qbittorrent on my actual day-to-day PC though. Runs real nice on a headless server.
>>
>>107989188
for me it's btpd
>>
>Transmission
nah

>>107989707
qbittorrent works in headless mode
>>

Wake me when you can run 91,000 hours without an issue. Though by the time you do that I'll have been using uTorrent 2.2.1 for 182,000 hours.

Congratulations on adding a feature uTorrent has had for 15 years.
>>
>>107989649
You need uTorrent 2.2.1. Or 2.0.4. Or 1.8.5. Or 1.6.1.
All of them work fine. The ones prior to 2.2.1 don't have HTTPS tracker support but most trackers are either HTTP or have a HTTP fallback.

Also, how the heck are you only supporting IPv6 now?
uTorrent 2.2.1 does IPv6 without issue. I've been acting as a bridge between Chinese users who can't connect to each other for 10 years now.
Kinda hilarious that their downloads are going through Connecticut.
>>
>Starting with this release, Transmission now checks if local files exist after setting the torrent location

IT DIDN'T DO THIS BEFORE?

Hory shit. uTorrent 2.2.1 will automatically recheck to the files. Were you just... blindly overwriting them?
>>
>>107989188
this thing sucks, and almost all private trackers don't even accept it.
>>
>>107990058
Most private trackers accept Transmission. They just take some time to whitelist new versions of clients. With this looking to be a rather large update it might take a while.

you mean allowlist.
Anyway I'm sticking to qCHADtorrent...
minimal looking uis like transmission make me feel sad.
>>
>>107990102
qSTALLEDtorrent's list of bugfixes is literally larger than uTorrent 2.2.1's executable.
How is it you cannot even write a shorthand account of the bugs in less space than a bug-free alternative?
>>
>>107990145
qCHADtorrent is open source and has a ton of people using it so it makes sense bugs will actually get reported.
Sounds like a skill issue on your end, I've been using it for like a decade and never noticed any issues.
>>

Gayyyyyy

>Running into bugs must mean you suck and have skill issues!

Day of the rope for Freetard shills when?
>>
a reminder that v4 is a shit C++ rewrite. the original transmission is being (passively) maintained under the transmission-og name.
if you're a wintard who thinks transmission is a gui app, this doesn't concern you.
>>
>>107989649
>>qbit is too bloated and qt
works on my windows computer
>>
>>107990403
it's true, been using it for so long and I can't even tell you the last bug I saw, but that doesn't mean there aren't people on less widely used setups or whatever that may run into them.
Also 99% of bugs are so minor it's not even noticeable.
All of the shilling against qCHADtorrent when no one is having issues with it and it's the most widely used now that uadwaretorrent is dead.

>>107990467 (Me)
and if i'm not mistaken, i see no rarest-first protection in the "sequential downloading" implementation, not even a requirement for 3 active seeders, or something along these lines.
there is a reason why this was rejected when the OG project was alive. but there is really no rarest-first protection, then this is going to be quite the fuck-up from these seepeepee tards.
if the og code eventually rots, i may write my own client from scratch in rust, instead of using this trash. but considering how no one is using newer protocol versions, i don't think i will have to worry about that anytime soon.

>>107989707
>I use Transmisson to perma-seed some files on my NAS.
Better updoot to this one because this is the fastest, most-optmized version ever.

All private trackers accept Transmission, retard.

wait until you try 4.1.0
they've fixed issues that have been around since 2.x

How do you have only 66TB uploaded? I had 245 on 10Mbit in a fraction of the time.
