How bad is tech market if people are attempting to larp as a gay guy to get hired
>>107994689>twinkish build from being frenchkek
>>107994689Why are zoomer software engineers so mentally ill?
>>107994728>zoomer software engineers so mentally illfify, amerimutt are mentally ill
It's awful, and with AI becoming significantly better in the past few months, it will only get worse. If you're studying CS, change majors ASAP.
It's just discrimination in reverse. There was a Playboy article about gays discriminating against straights.
>>107994689i mean the way he writes is already as faggy as humanly possible so he doesn't need to do much else, really
More like state coerced homosexuality in this case, but still not very far off the mark. His predictions are slowly becoming true
>>107994689Bad, but his strat won't work.t. unemployed fag
>>107994935>against straightsThat's hets and breeders to you.
based and tyrellpilled, you do what have to do to get ahead
>>107995408I've got a job you can do~
Is there anything special about being gay anymore?
>>107994689People were pretending to be trans to score diversity hire jobs not even 5 years ago, this doesn't surprise me at all.You really can't deny these people either, because then you have a slam dunk discrimination case for not "looking gay or trans enough".

>>107994689I've been doing that since the very beginning of the "inclusive" trend started. I don't even work in tech. I've been bisexual since I was old enough to feel attraction but I never told anyone or leaned into in any way. UNTIL I realized it would help me land a job. Put it in my bio, put it in my info and cv. From struggling to find a job to getting multiple offers over night (literally over night). Since then I've changed job twice and it worked equally well both times.
>>107996804Are there "tells" that you give off to really seal the deal or can you just pretend to be gay?
>>107996928None, I behave the exact same as before. Like I said, just added that tiny bit of extra info in the places people look. Beyond that the most obvious thing is probably the pride flag I have on my twitter and a selfie I took when the pride parade went through town (I was literally just on my way to the grocery store). People and companies don't give a shit about irl stuff, your online profile is everything.
