Nexphone is making an actual Windows phone this year.
No it's not an emulator, it is real windows with command line and file explorer and all.
And no it's no going to be some fancy 10 billion dollar device, it's going to be a regular device with PC capabilities..
I fucked up buying a long term android device not knowing a Windows phone was on the way. I guess I'm going to have to buy it and have two devices

If you mean like Linux phones there are the Jolla phones coming out soon. Then there is the Purism Librem 5 but I've heard its kinda shitty
