same shit happened to me tuesday.>turn on pc>1 long + 3 short beeps black screen>restart and go take a piss>it works, i turn it off and hours later it does not work again>didmygpudie.jpeg ?!?>next day turn it on>beeps all over and black screen>restart it multiple times and it finally boots and then i see "windows installing..." i got windows updates with them off>try to uninstall whatever updates it did, it does not let me>do a clean install with only gpu and chipset drivers, do some cold boots and it works>today same shit, black screen>some hours ago as i'm about to take the gpu out and put it in the box i try one more time and it booted fine>check last updates, mf updated the kb whatever security updates >later it does not work againnow as i'm about to put the gpu in the box for rma, i press the power button and voila it works again, clean install again with no drivers, disabled auto updates, installed only chipset and gpu drivers, stress test for 1 hour on furmark and everything seems fine.

>>108007480Í think it might really be the GPU dying, it turned on today, I watched some videos, gaming for 30 min and did a furmark test for 1 hour then I shut it down and 5 minutes later it does not turn on, it's giving me gpu beep errors from the mb. Maybe problems with he initiation circuit, intermitent vram failure, micro fissures.. The problem is on post and if it goes past post it seems fine. So apparently no driver issue

>>108007688For me it was the timing of it happening at the same time as something similar happening to others. Starting on the same day as the update was installed as well. It seemed plausible that the problem was it but apparently not l, unless it installed it after I rebooted the system later. Guess I'll find out after sending the gpu for rma.
to be fair tho i think most of you are running just barely unstable settings so when windows updates and runs the search indexer, or something else unreasonably heavy, you get 'wierd behavior'
