My old computer crashed the other day, have to use my shitty laptop my roommate destroyed.

I need to buy a new computer that's reasonably cheap but supports at least two m.2 drives, and supports Windows 10 and Linux Mint. Also needs a decent processor and support for 16 gigabytes of ram at least, preferrably 32. Also, it should be simple enough someone as retarded as me with only 35 IQ can take it apart and put components in without fucking it up.

Any recommendations?
