It’s also kinda sad that when people talk about older cards going down in cost what they mean is that cards that are like chewed up bubblegum cost less than MSRP on eBay. New and in the box cards command princely sums even if they’re outdated.

I'm a married man with 2 children and even then I was able to save up money and buy a used 5090, only had to buy a separate cable to make sure that shit wont explode. It's not an insurmountable obstacle, even now when CRT TVs are no longer manufactured, you can find people selling them/repairing them. I think even in the worst case scenario of no more consumer GPUs being made and retards flock to cloud shit, you'll still be able to get one.
