Actually it might in a near future, qtwebengine-6.10 added experimental support to load chromium extensions, albeit I don't think it works quite right yet nor is it really wired up.

For me, qutebrowser's current adblocker been good enough though. For youtube, I use mpv+yt-dlp anyway.
