I went to a store to see for myself and it kept getting better up to 180hz(the monitor only went up to 180). seemed way way more obvious and impactful than going from 110ppi 1440p to 220ppi 4K.

The surge protection detection is nice but it's not going to realistically be able to switch on/off is something catastrophic happens in time. In order to fully filter AC power you need a double inverted UPS and those get stupid expensive and require their own dedicated cooling. Think power supply for a power supply with its own battery backup. Considering how expensive PC parts are getting, the stupid price is seeming less stupid.
