Rust is the real life infinite tsukuyomi.>prioritizes comfort over freedom>forced upon the world because one tranny and its tranny friends think the concept of freedom is icky poopoo heckin dangerous>gives you the illusion that you are being useful but is really just there to take your ability to think and act freely awayYou need to understand that far leftists become literally sick to their stomach when they hear about people being free. Thats why they feel the need to do this absurd psyops to end freedom. Madara and kaguya were always a metaphor for how liberals effect industries.
>>108091666huh sounds like nipslop to mego seppuku, baka! or something
bro's just posting for sake of it now
>>108091666>>forced upon the world because one tranny and its tranny friends think the concept of freedom is icky poopoo heckin dangerousRust gives you more freedom than C and C++ and most Rust programmers are straight white guys.
>>108092035>rustroon literally just making shit up now
>>108091666>life is like muh heckin marvel moviesstfu
>>108091666>Get raped by Jew++ committee on a daily basis >I am free!!!When will the goyim learn?
>>108092171The borrow checker is designed by government jews to erase your ability to think freely.
>>108091666checked
>>108092215You can still think freely, you just can't be retarded. Why would you spend all day worrying about LGBT values, GAII and cock move semantic in C++ when Rust's compiler can do that for you?
>>108092265Obvious troll post.
BELIEVE IT!
>>108091666so like c and unix worse is better?
>>108091666C is so free there's a standard you MUST follow to be a real compiler.
>>108093982Most popular languages had standards. That's not a special C thing that Ctrannies invented.
>>108091666I hope you will remember this post when a plane falls off the sky because of a preventable C++ error killing your mother.
>>108091666Satanic trips of truth. Ada btw.
The early C developers did not insist everyone program in C. C spread because it was simple and productive. Rust was born out of frustration that functional programming wasn't making traction in the systems programming world. Rust: autism's revenge.
>>108096318>The early C developers did not insist everyone program in C.They literally made a song called "Write in C" and had shills everywhere.
>>108091666If you don't like Rust, it's your fault for not championing C++ or a replacement. You could have made a thin layer over C++ that does the following:1. Simplified syntax2. No inheritance3. Certain Rust semantics by default. That means move by default. Copies are explicit.4. Lisp style reflection and macros.5. If 4 is implemented, then no more templates.6. No exceptions7. Compiles to C++.If the metaprogramming facilities are good enough you could add just about any feature you want at a later date like dependent types. Then the language has as much safety as you want to opt into.
>>108091666>gives you the illusion that you are being useful but is really just there to take your ability to think and act freely awayyup. most compiled language use is like that and furthermore follows the law of conservation of difficulty that the language being harder to use means you choose an easier to express but less performanceful algorithm and therefore get slowness despite precompilation
>>108096793if rust wasnt a troon project thats what it would of been
>>108096820I was just thinking, the biggest barrier to adoption of new languages is they aren't "batteries included" when brand new.Pretty soon you'll see people making lots of experimental languages and they'll tell an LLM to translate some library from language X into fancy new language Y.What if people write libraries in a Knuth-style "literate program" and the first "compiling" step means telling an LLM to fill in the blanks. You could also strip comments and function signatures from libraries that already exist and have an LLM fill it in.
