Some kind of proof-of-work system that buffers your session is basically how you do it. For example, an IQ test. A quick IQ test loads your session and then you can post as much as you want with reasonable restrictions (IE a cooldown) until you get banned and have to do it again. The most schizoid of individuals will do it over and over but so long as the ban effort to post effort ratio is WAY in favor of jannies, it works okay. The goal ratio is related to the ratio of jannies to users; have a dynamic task that increases in difficulty the less jannies per user there are.
