nah, he just reviews things at a super basic rudimentary level,
like I truly think he doesn't have a clue about anything more deep than installing a new distro and then running firefox to test a webpage.

one time he thought a video was underpowered because it could not play a youtube video smoothly,
like he has no fucking clue what gpu acceleration is and how to configure it, or even test to see if it is on.
