I don't understand you people who have 93 browser tabs open at once. I use features like "bookmarks" and "notes."
I have 4-5 tabs open at most. One of my friends constantly have 100's.
>>108095073My thought process is random, so I often switch between watching porn and considering a change to an H2O server
>>108095200>My thought process is random>pornYou're like this | | close, anon.
>>108095073To play devil's advocate, they likely think that if you bookmark something for later, you're unlikely to ever return to it. And there is some truth to that. But ending up with hundreds or thousands of tabs open amounts to the same thing only worse.
>>108095073i use tab groups i like to section my browsing for different habits because i have severe adhd when i play ttrpgs with my friends on forge, i have tabs for the character sheets and their manuals another one is my watchlist another one is my 4chang browsing the others are various projects i think they're a lot more useful than bookmarks, they're basically the same but it's a lot easier to return to what you were doing with tab groups
Just wanted to say thank you to the previous anon who made a thread like this, as that lead to me cleaning up about fifty tabs and maybe a hundred bookmarks.
thats cool op, i dont use those features
>>1080950733, but I'm about to go to bed, and I'll close this one before I do
>>108095073I just keep thousands of tabs open because I can no longer add any more bookmarks. I think I reached the maximum the browser will support.
>bookmarksi just put my favourite sites in text files, so i dont become dependent on any browser.
Personally I only have 3 tabs open right now. GMail, JewTube, and this one.

>>108095073Google Chrome has a feature called auto unloading. When there are more than 6 tabs and you aren't actively use all of them. It will purge them.Firefox still has no such thing in 2026.
>>108096956Funny thing is it was fucking Microsoft that invented that feature for Edge, and Google upstreamed the code into Chrome a year later
>>108096956>>108095073Yeah modern chrome will unload your tabs eventually to prevent your gpu from crashing from out of memory or bad drivers *cough AMD*. Chromes renderer is tightly hardware accelerated and finnicky. Firefox hw acceleration performance sucks ass compared to Chrome so it isn't as prevalent throughout the client except for video decoding & gay browser games.
>>108096866It's a GTA San Andreas screenshot, thoughever.
Bookmarks in chrome are hidden behind 10000 menu clicks.
>>108095073Some people have more RAM in their heads than others like to be multitask...
>>108096653what on earth are you doing mate
>>108095073If 93 is too many, how many is not too many? 92?
>>108097154bro has never heard of the bookmark bar in his life
>>108097154There's the bookmark bar. You can divide things into folders. You can type into the location bar and relevant bookmarks will show. There's a keyboard shortcut that'll show you a page with your bookmarks.
>>108095073100% i think its a mental illness.
>>108095073You don't get people who have a messy desk or tons of useless shit thrown around in their room. You're not supposed to get it. You're supposed to think "glad I'm not THAT retarded"
my bookmarks are reserved for the actually important things. my 200 tabs consist of things that i wouldn't care much if my browser crashed but i will not voluntarily close them
>be me>want to clean my web browser >i have +300 browser tabs>end up with 50 tabs only>ok those are important tabs so i will save the in a notepad>end up with 200 notepadsThere must be a way I can blame the jews for this....
