Im a literal faggot retard who knows little about computer anything, I just learned what OSI is and how IP addresses work. But I really want a job in tech. What can I reasonably do in 3 months to build up a decent tech resume that could get me an basic level internship? Fwiw, Im a senior engineering student

your college should have an internship program and a job finding program, talk to them and they'l add you to their system and recruiters iwll flood you even if you don't have relevant information. they reach out to any and every student tat shows an interest
