How can electrons flow if it's solid dummy
>>

Nigga thinks electrons flow like water in a pipe. You also need to be 18 to post here, kid. You should pay attention in physics 101 rather than post here.

Bullshit about to be piled higher.

i guess its an advancement in a good direction, but they do sure like to make hype
i bet, if its actually real, they are having production problems and they are gaining time
i give it a 40% chance of being actually as stated

there is no such thing as an electron particle as modern science teaches it.

what?

Somebody from something similar on wizchan while back. Something like 'electrons aren't real

But what do you think it is?

niggers have made solid state in labs for decades. when someone asks if they're able to buy one today (without a mortgage) they're not asking for more lab tests.

>>108194508
Okay then, dipshit. That piece of wire that delivers power to the socket you're powering your device from? That's solid. How are the electrons flowing?

>>108194622
My initial take. However there is a product on the market you can buy that's powered by it. Not heard anything conclusive either way.

>>108194878
>they are having production problems and they are gaining time
I hear the process isn't too encumbersome, pretty much capable of being rolled out anywhere etc etc. But it will take time to build up manufacturing capacity... Should be getting near somewhere with that, by now tho...

>>108194916
Technically, it's a liquid chemistry, like NiMh.
Toyota claim they'll be having solid state lithium in them cars by 2028... I was personally suggesting that's the best bet, assuming china doesn't beat 'em to it, until this donut labs thing popped up..

>>108195108
>nobody cares
Which is how this thread came into existence. No-one cares. And incidently, why people replied. Because no-one cares.

And who should care? I mean it's not as if everyone here has a requirement of power that they sometimes would like to be portable...
>>
I hope this shit is real and that this fat fuck keeps milking the entire controversy with a big fucking smug face the entire time.

>I hear the process isn't too encumbersome, pretty much capable of being rolled out anywhere etc etc. But it will take time to build up manufacturing capacity... Should be getting near somewhere with that, by now tho...
they may have manufacturing lines already, they just may not have them to the quality expected, delays bc the initial quality is out of spec are common in any new manufacturing plant
>>
>>108195543
>delays bc the initial quality is out of spec are common in any new manufacturing plant
True.
But for there to be a vehicle in production using 'em you'll have thought that's solved already. To assume the vehicle manufacturer sensibly bought up the available capacity for the next X years then it's all about how fast *other* lines can be deployed...
Which by now, *should*, feature progress...

It's an Estonian company.

but solid state battery tech is real, just nowhere near mass production. even if it were, i live in the US so it's irrelevant.
>>
>>108195672
>i live in the US so it's irrelevant.
Yeah. You'll be stuck on fossil fuels and coupled to continually rising costs for all your energy for the forseeable future.
I'm sure it'll be fine.

>>108195734
>I'm sure it'll be fine.
For the US, sure. You sound like a faggot in democratization range.

>>108195854

And as everything you do keeps costing you more and more, just in getting things to places they're needed, I'm able to do more with less cost

Um. Whut?
Would now be the time to point out you operate under a republic?

It's by the same people that launched a "super AI" a few months earlier. Known serial "entrepreneurs". It's a scam, not because the tech is impossible but because it's run by a bunch of serial scammers.

I a multimillionaire owner of a company that grinds up limbless reptiles to extract lubricating fluids with many practical applications.
I would like to invest in this technology as I believe it aligns with my current and future interests. How can I get in contact to discuss investment opportunities?
>>
>>108196786
>they claim stuff is being made is literally an abandoned place with nothing happening
So you claim. But when pushed for information proving, came up empty....

I'd not be surprised to learn this is the case. But putting faith into a premise lacking evidence isn't wise.

Supposedly. This battery is currently in vehicles, minimally that CEO got a bike I hear. If this battery is entirely full of shit, then the company that's trying to put them into it's products for sale puttin' it's own head in a noose. As they've supposedly got up to "production" scale with them bikes, it's not too unsafe to assume there is a battery somewhere...
>>
It's fake. They pulled the numbers from some cutting edge research papers to try and make it believable but they fucked up and didn't account for packaging.
>>
>making a whole damn site just to show that your product is legit
If there's anything useful I've learned from stage magic it's that when the magician shows you something to prove there's no trick involved, it's usually to hide the actual trick

chine now claiming one too. i'll believe it when i see it.

So what you're trying to tell me is you have vague feels and no actual evidence, but will talk shit anyway...

Got it.

>>108198832
>It's fake.
My first premise. Now prove it.
What can you offer for why this cannot be?
>>
>>108198854
I have a bridge to sell you, are you interested?
>>
>>108198876
Sure.
But I'll need you to prove you actually own that bridge.
You see how that works?
You get proof of something before comitting. Otherwise, you end up like you with a lifetime's experience of fucking things up before even starting.
>>
My question is why go to all this trouble at all? Even if it is legitimate, only large production companies would be able to actually use these so why bother shoving results in the face of consumers who wouldn't be able to buy them even if they wanted to? Wouldn't it be better to just schedule meetings with big names in the industry and show them the test results, perhaps even give them examples that these customers can run their own tests on? If this stuff is actually legit, I can only imagine every car company would be foaming at the mouth to secure a deal with them.
>>
>>108198944
>only large production companies would be able to actually use
Sauce on that? I've personally gained the impression they'll happily spit out licences to produce. Not sure where from, mind. Considered approaching...

>perhaps even give them examples that these customers can run their own tests on?
Minimally that'll end all the is it/isn't it that's in the air. The lack of such - even a single unit - provisioned for independant testing doesn't lend credibility to claims. Doesn't entirely eliminate them either.

>If this stuff is actually legit, I can only imagine every car company would be foaming at the mouth to secure a deal with them.
They've already got one vehicular firm signed up... If they're running to production on bullshit then that company dead in water... Most don't do that to themselves willingly...
>>
>>108199003
>Sauce on that?
I'm just assuming no average joe like you or me owns a manufacturing center and from the website it doesn't look like these'll be sold directly to end-user consumers

>They've already got one vehicular firm signed up
They've got a literal who no-name electric freight truck manufacturer. I'm talking about ACTUAL major car companies that sell millions of cars every year. A deal with one of them would be ginormous, and if the tech is legit whichever major car brand can get their hands on them first would have a major advantage in the market. If Donut isn't seeking them out, that's rather strange. If these companies aren't interested, then that's just as suspicious.
>>
>>108196786

>>
>>108203055

what they could do

if we apply that definition of solidity then all batteries are solid state, no?
>>
>>108195199
>However there is a product on the market you can buy
Just because you can buy something doesn't mean it will work as claimed. Scammers are a thing and this screams scam, and a retarded scam at that so I assume its ran buy indians.
