hdr is better on w11.some motherboard manufacturers only provide bt/wifi drivers for win11.win11 has a scheduler that takes better advantage of e-cores.

Windows 11 is like Windows ME: a chance to squeeze out one of version of a dead platform before moving everyone to the next big thing. For Windows at the turn of the century, that was moving towards everything being on the NT base. Now we're on the verge of the online-first OS. Windows 11 still primarily runs locally. There might even be a Windows 12 that does so, but more likely there will just be a few years of updates to 11 before it's discontinued, with 'Windows Global' or some shit having a local thin client core driven by "cloud" for everything other than the most basic window rendering tasks.
