I literally cant code anything on my own anymore, my mind goes blank and i just have to ask the AI to do it for me, i just tell it the general architecture

If i have to solve a problem i dont even know how to write a struct/class anymore and how to structure the code

ai was born for c++ slop

thats a lotta lines, you got the $200 subscription?

i used ai to write a script to scrape phone numbers and i have around 40 accounts that use the free tier, so i just spam the free trial until im throttled then swap accounts

Y'all do know that Moore's Law is dying, and that performance has been stagnating long before that?

And y'all think the hardware prices are going to go down again.

I have been vibeslopping non-stop since it started getting good this year. I know nothing about coding but am enjoying seeing all my ideas come to life and shitting out little tools and apps that I can't find elsewhere.

What does it do?

Why the fuck would you need a script for scraping phone numbers lmao.
You do know they have a designated hierarchy yes? Area code, carrier regional prefix, and line number.
You can literally generate every US phone number with your own script.

Uhhh I don't know, let me ask my chatbot

Never tried C++, how does it handle the pointers and memory management?

I'm working on a physically-accurate galaxy conquering game that runs at 1 sec:1 hour.

Do you want me to go into detail how directory iterators suck piss, or do you want to experience the horror for yourself? Protip: it involves absolute paths (because no one knows how to utilize directory handles apparently) and hidden heaps to cache kernel data to avoid syscalls (meaning they have to be locked and unlocked and cannot be reused).

>physically-accurate
Unless you have gravity weapons or the like, who cares?

thanks for sharing that's a good template.

hmm I mean you read this kind of take everywhere, but realistically? How are you going to leverage your 4k 10k 100k lines of code in a brave new world where:
a) every idiot with an AI subscription can generate the same amount of code
b) you are not going to actually look, debug, polish and ship your 4k lines of code so right now it's 4k lines of codes no one wants to touch, debug or use
c) you can't sell it, no one wants your slop
The AI revolution is about making stuff for yourself, I'm all for it. But lines of code is not impressive. How many new "products" you can ship that have zero infrastructure and costumers just by running agents at night is not impressive.
I'm still waiting for news about 2 guys in a garage creating Apple with AI from scratch. It's now one year AI got "good" but still nothing. The closest thing to it was that guy that "created" openclaw (that is some piece of shit software if I ever seen one, I tried it) lucked out a job at Openai. No new Apple in sight yet

you need to confirm the codes they sms you retard

What the fuck are you even talking about.

>he lets the language do the memory management
