>>108209156Very little of the mid 2000-s/early 2010s internet remains now. Everything after that has been completely soulless, devoid of creativity and a spark. I wish I had started archiving shit earlier. So much cool stuff is now lost to time forever, it's depressing.
>>108209707its too bad loonchan was full of paranoid retards that got the OG archive nuked back in 2017, nothing of value of lost either. Fuck kalyx you lost tranny
>>108209744>got the OG archive nuked back in 2017QRD?
>>108209156lainchain is gay and i find the users obnoxious pseuds but hopefully it isn't actually dead>>108209707it is indeed getting harder to find. imageboards, especially 4chan, are still a time capsule in that regard, but they are dying too. but honestly the torrenting/usenet/piracy scene is still very old school and kicking. you should join some private trackers and see if you like them. the scene is still around too, though idk how you join at this point
>>108209156They permabanned me multiple times. I told them that they clamp the umbilical cord early. I called them CLAMPED.CLAMPEDCLAMPEDUNCLAMP.
>>108209989No time to fuck around with private trackers and beg faggots for invites. If one opens its registration, I'll join, but other than that fuck that. I was on a dozen or so private trackers over a decade ago, but maintaining my ratio and just being a good goy on them got tedious and tiresome pretty quickly, so I just stopped bothering altogether.
>>108210058>I was on a dozen or so private trackers over a decade ago, but maintaining my ratio and just being a good goy on them got tedious and tiresome pretty quicklyBesides, I quickly discovered that everything I wanted was publicly available, and I very very rarely downloaded stuff from private trackers. There are some things on private trackers I want right now, but the trackers I want to get on are literally impossible to get on, so I won't bother. And if I remember correctly, you need to pay to use usenet.
>>108210058>>108210074I was talking about the websites themselves and the community. They are undeniably one of the last places that old school 2000s/early 2010s culture still exists.
>>108209707>>108209744>>108209989>>108210113Yeah, even if it was gay and full of pseudointellectuals, it was still a piece of earlier internet culture and another imageboard.
>>108210132we don't need another imageboard, 4chan is the best. Assimilate or die like the rest.
>>108209707that's resistor will burn her ass too
It's back
