Phone market on it's own is growing a lot, even dwarfing PC that is now outgrowing consoles, but as PC grows especially in China that loves windows, more and more mobile games are becoming made for both platforms like gacha games that are usually now made for PC/Mobile and sometimes one of the consoles.
