my volume keeps decreasing on its own and I have no clue how to stop it from happening, I've tried restarting my computer multiple times and unplugging all of my peripherals. Why is windows 11 like this?

I'm on LTSC 2021 and even that has had a really weird explorer bug patched into it (because it just didn't exist and doesn't happen in a stock 2021 install pre updates) where sometimes it will just randomly decide to fuck up the view you've chosen but only for your downloads folder.In thirty fucking years of Windows this is the first bug I can't tard wrangle.No matter what every so often it will just decide to group things based on random shit with a random layout chosen instead of leaving it in the default detailed list ordered by name view.
