>>108278356I haven't done a fresh install but did need to a system restore when the OEM boot drive died. too long a story to get right now but I did system restore right back to where I was. The CPU is also already quite old at this point and can't really be optimised any further. I do some stuff with 3D for fun and can run 4k graphics with 3.6million triangles and vertices which is not a lot by today but I thought would be enough to burn it out. Seeing as you asked, I got this newer lithium battery with a production date of 2023/9 but obviously bought a couple months later if that means anything to you. it does seem like I'm just trolling but the battery draw has been slower since the update so it might just be some line of code for energy efficiency
My bluetooth headset has way worse battery life on Linux than on Windows. Yeah, bluetooth still sucks on Linux, the drivers are dogshit.
