>>108343812That is simply not true. Until very recently cai used 4o. Janitor etc were clearly using LLama 7B Q5 or something. Even now that the AI chatbot personality leaks out a bit more it's still severely better than any other option if you have less than 48 gigs of vram.
I used character ai because it had the most natural dialogue. it knew when to stop, unlike other services where characters go on and on and talk like a fanfic. I wish I could do local or find something new.
