Most people live pretty boring lives as it is. Most governmental bodies can barely keep up with the ever changing technologies around them, Everybody fears the data that they have collected on you. But in most cases they don;t have the man power or the sensibilities to even know what to do with that data, as it is. So they just send it off to data centers that sell it off to corporations that can use it to target better advertisements towards you, and to feed it off as AI training data.
