>keeps a record of every tweet, message and media you've ever sent
>doesn't allow you to delete your own DMs
>anyone who has ever DM'd you has access to the conversation forever even if you delete your account or get banned
>can literally access DMs from accounts that were deleted 10+ years ago
Doesn't this break several data protection laws?

We aren't your interns, faggot. Do your own research.

If you send me a DM, that message is now my property and you have no fucking right to delete it from my device.

shut up tds liberal
if you criticize elon for being just as jewish as the rest of the globohomo, you're a tranny

It doesn't. This is where it really shows GDPR is useless.
Facebook does the same thing.

now what?
>>
>>108344852
Now nothing. It sounds fucking based.

Discord too. Sure, you can still manually delete messages but no one is manually going to click on a decade’s worth of messages and using automating it with tools is against TOS.

The head of product is an ugly jew and the CEO is an aspie who is still buds with the orangutan in chief. what did you expect?

>automating it with tools is against TOS.
yeah and using custom clients is also against TOS yet hundreds of thousands of discord users use custom clients. I doubt discord has actually banned most people who use tools to bulk delete their messages.

Elon owns the service which he allows you to use for free.
You own nothing, you have no rights over anything you do not own.
Want some sort of power or rights? get your own shit or a service you paid for.

>being so stupid that you can only imagine that hating on twitter must be for one exclusive reason.
You know, retard, it is possible to hate on something for different reasons. Not everything is black and white.
And btw, hating on twitter doesn't mean one likes all that other crap you mentioned
>>
>>108343455
Protip, no company deletes anything. Most company just delete the reference to it from your account so that you feel like you have deleted it.

False sense of security is the enemy

Poor American's living pay check to pay check with the common experience of a refrigerator depleted of food obsess over and cheer on the personal accomplishments the world's richest man, who intentionally builds an ecosystem that keeps them interdependent on X.

Elon hasn't completely succeeded but its obvious he wants X to be a one stop shop for everything and in the future it really may turn out that way. Though I despise Musk I am forced to admit that Grok is actually one of the better AI's for intellectual digging. He loses to ChatGPT but he is clearly better then DeepSeek and Gemini at complex technical discussions.

The problem now is Grok won't debunk or challenge far right nonsense unless asked too. He'll scan a ridiculously LibsOfTikTok post and just give a description of it staying neutral, where as before he use to actively debunk stuff like that. He won't dissect a blatantly misguided propaganda message via scanning a post, only if one ask if its true

>>108343477
yeah I agree. The "own your data" argument implies ownership over something not maintained or cared for. Best we can do is use privacy respected alternatives unlike X
>>
Who the fuck is retarded enough to send sensitive info in a private message, let alone a tweet

Anything posted on a public website should be treated as public

Maybe write a letter next time.
