my guess it has recieved a boot because of stupidity. i dont belive in those "tests" and graphs showcased by the same circlejerkers, ive tested all models myself.thier models are mediocre, were at the level of gpt at the time, but they had a good toolset (function calling) they used for coding agents. they also pre-scripted (kinda sys instruction) it and called "codex". but the model itself is mediocre. thats why they lost contract, imo. maybe political stupidity too, but the its only a side factoralso they were building trust via developer contracts and ads through dev influencers, like those recent bullshit agent video.

People underestimate how much being a supply chain risk hurts because people don't realize how far the supply chain goes. Technically, the government could forbid Nvidia selling Antrhopic hardware, because technically, Nvidia is a supply chain provider.Going to be interesting to see how far the Adminstration is willing to go to destroy Antrhopic.
