real upstream Linux, none of that gimped outdated Android kernel glued with libhybris
just don't expect everything to work, it's not daily driveable for calls
for media, music, network filesystems, scripting and hacking, surfing the web, doing Anki etc. it's more than capable
it's actually amazing how far we've come, but i really wish that postmarketOS would stop WASTING money on stupid devops shit like systemd enablement (openrc already works fine), pipewire enablement (pulseaudio already works fine), immutable OS and instead just hired one competent kernel dev to fix all the core issues that make daily driving it difficult (audio issues during calls, suspend and wakeup on GSM events, camera support, USB OTG support)

all of these "Linux" companies destroyed the Linux desktop while spending a lot of time and money changing UIs in the name of "multi-platform" and "mobile-ready" OSes that went nowhere.
