>With a bicycle this shit is free
an ER visit after you get hit by a car is a lot more than $13.55
after being honked at, yelled at, having assholes pull up right beside me in their lifted trucks and revving their engines, having beer bottles thrown at me, etc. i stopped riding on the streets
>inb4 sidewalks
very few in 'Murrica, and it's usually illegal to ride bikes on them
>>
>>108357252

You got 20% off. You'll be fine.
>>
>>108357252
your phone is too nice. cheaper phones with outdated os' get cheaper rides.
>>
>>108357402
it's a 37 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride
>>
Just drive your car lmao
>>
>>108358313
ah, that actually explains it. I rarely use it unless I'm really stuck but when I have to it's almost the same price as the bus. Bless my s5 neo
>>
>>108357252
don't forget to swap in a hub motor and a battery, it's 2026.
>>
>>108357252
Just run it. You won't even need to buy a bike. You can run that in 14mins easy.
>>
Robo taxis can not come soon enough. Please dear lord smite all the lawyers holding this up.
>>
>>108358313
first time I'm hearing about that, got some sauce? but it makes perfect sense for an enshitified company to do that.
>>
>paying for petrol
I love my bike, i wanna upgrade to a touring bike with tons of mounting brackets
>>
>>108357403
>an ER visit after you get hit by a car is a lot more than $13.55

Still won't bring the prices down. Because you're a lazy paypig.
>>
>>108358767
and OP posted an Uber price denominated in USD
yes, other countries have friendlier drivers and affordable healthcare, but we're not discussing other countries

locks don't do shit if someone wants your bike
and feds certainly don't give a fuck about your stolen bike lmao
i like biking for sport but, bikes just simply don't cut it for daily transport
>>
>>108359346
>seat that high up
damn, you must be tall
>>
>>108357252
buy a 90s honda civic or toyota corolla and be free
>>
>>108358607
A few years ago, some travel booking site(s?) wouldn't show their cheaper offerings to Apple users. So there's certainly precedent for such behavior.
>>
>>108357403
>risk of getting hit by car
>having to paying for ER
>being honked/yelled/etc at
lmao sucks to live in a third world shithole country
t. euro master race with superior infrastructure
>>
>>108357403
Vehicular accidents (car to car) are one of the leading causes of death in burgerland. You are actually safer on a bicycle. Every time I almost was hit it was my ass not riding defensely and not watching out for women on phones, geezers who can't see, or dindus/esl's.
I even ride one of those ebikes that go 28mph. My 3 mile ride takes 12 minutes with basically zero effort, though I ride a normal bike in winter on the nicer days. I have tubeless tires in the ebike because I rode through bad neighborhoods where they have spent years throwing glass and other retarded shit in their roads.

>after being honked at, yelled at, having assholes pull up right beside me in their lifted trucks and revving their engines, having beer bottles thrown at me, etc. i stopped riding on the streets
Imagine living in an actual chimp zoo where this happens. How can anyone who can read and write still stay there? I would immediately move to a real country.
>>
>>108357252
Just run there fatty
>>
>>108357297
Nigga thats 58 dollars an hour, my clapped out Honda Accord woth thousands of dollars of repairs doesn't even cost $58 an hour to run it, im probably in the tens of cents per mile.
>>
Electric bikes are the most obvious choice
you can get to a place at low cost and little sweat since you're not exercising as much as you're pointing the bike in the right direction outdoors

perfect for anything in a city distance
>>
>>108357402
$14 is less than minimum wage in most states, you are saving money by taking an uber.
>>
>>108360964
Its pretty disturbing how expensive shit is in this country relative to wages these days, minimum wage in California is $17, but its $160 an hour to fix a fucking car at a good small shop, $200 at the dealer, theres houses bot for from my apartment thay sold in 1974 for $125k in today's money that are worth 1.4m right now, and I worry about young people gaslighting themselves into thinking they're not doing enough and need to wage harder
>>
>>108360964
>Working damn near an hour just to get to work while paying for your Uber driver to have a car and not make enough either and enriching an app made by jews (not making that up)
>>
>>108359346
>locks don't do shit if someone wants your bike
Just make them not want your bike. I ride a rusty, heavy old bike that cost my dad like $200 25 years ago. Our apartment complex got robbed and almost 20 bikes were stolen out of the basement. Nobody touched mine because it's not worth shit. They didn't even try to cut the lock.
