How can legitimate users lower their cloudflare (cloudfront?) threat score? I feel like I get a cloudflare challenge on like half of the websites I go on

Your ISP can play a major part in it. If you have one that works over 5G(like T-Mobile home internet) then you'll be treated the same as mobile data users(like shit), for example.
