I like to browse, read, watch and shitpost for 30-60min in bed, before I sleep. I mostly use my phone, it's pretty comfy with newpipe & browser + adblock. I use my Thinkpad sometimes, especially for media, but I feel like both options aren't optimal. Do you think a Tablet is worth it? Whats your bed-""computer"" of choice, /g/?

I bought a 10 inch chromebook. It's actually pretty fine for that sort of shit. 4gb of ram. It's really only good for coding and youtube. It's perfect for flights and bed stuff.
i lie in bed with a Precision mobile workstation that weighs almost 6 pounds on my stomach. but i have this lapdesk thing. It's also hot and usually is around 55-65 without doing anything, up to 90 when I'm pushing the quadro with LLM's or playing Valheim

It was a Thinkpad T14S Gen 1 before that, but the Gram was given to me by a friend because "Windows is running so slow on this thing" and it weighs the same as my T14S but with a larger screen, that's brighter, and 16:10 (2560x1600) AND the fans run through the hinge rather than the bottom so it can sit directly on the bed without overheating and blanket fluff getting in the vents. It's my go-to for watching stuff when I'm trying to fall asleep, or when I just want to lay in bed and watch stuff. One caveat: I do use a USB-C->3.5mm cord with a built in DAC to plug in headphones (though it does have a normal aux jack) because the speakers are on the bottom of the laptop so they'll be against the bed and they sound like shit in the best of conditions.
