>>108403733all you have to do is scan every port on a certain IP. israel owns all of the network infrastructure in that area so they know which IPs are likely to be used in an area. once you find which port the camera is running on, then it is likely running a web UI that can be used from any browser. just go search on the internet for hacked webcams and you will see what i mean
